We collect information you provide directly: name, email, organization name, and uploaded survey data. We also collect usage data including IP addresses, browser type, and interaction patterns to improve the Service.
Your information is used to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process and store your survey data; (c) communicate about your account and the Service; (d) improve the Service; (e) comply with legal obligations.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Survey data is stored in Azure Blob Storage with geo-redundancy. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the Service (cloud hosting, email delivery); (b) as required by law. Your survey data is never shared with third parties.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Survey data is retained per your subscription plan. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
You may: (a) access and export your data at any time; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) delete your account and associated data; (d) opt out of non-essential communications.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used. Theme preferences are stored in browser localStorage.
