By accessing or using TerrainPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Smart Infratech ("Company"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
TerrainPulse is a cloud-based drone survey visualization and terrain analytics platform for construction projects. The Service includes file upload, processing, map visualization, measurement tools, and reporting features.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. The Company processes and stores your data solely to provide the Service. Storage usage is governed by your subscription plan limits.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Storage overages beyond your plan limit are billed at the rate specified in your plan.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
